In my previous blogs and social media posts, I’ve shared how important your thoughts and words are, the energy they carry and how it affects what manifests in your life. Keeping your mind positive by affirming everything you want to be true through positive statements will help overcome self-sabotaging and negative thoughts. Doing daily affirmations also help to remind you of everything you truly are as a soul.
By saying and thinking positive affirmations a couple of times every day you will slowly change the negative self-beliefs that keep you from reaching your potential and sabotage your growth.
Some examples of positive affirmations include:
“I am health, wealth, prosperity and abundance.”
“I attract well-paying clients that value my work.”
“I have inner strength and determination.”
“Everything always works out for me.”
“I am confident and successful.”
One thing to remember when writing your affirmations is that your subconscious mind doesn’t process negatives like ‘won’t’, ‘can’t’ etc. So always speak/think the positive.
To create affirmations that resonate with you, you can start by examining negative beliefs and actions you would like to change. For example:
If you would like to lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle you can try the following:
“I love my body and I love myself.”
“I feed my body healthy nourishing food and give it healthy nourishing exercise because it deserves to be taken care of.”
“I have all the power to live a happy and positive life”
If you would like to become more productive and organised you can consider the following:
“I plan ahead and stay organized so I stay calm, focused and creative.”
“Being organized and reaching my goals come easily to me.”
“I am energetic and motivated, being productive comes naturally to me.”
Try the following to change your relationship with money:
“I allow money to flow into my experience with ease.”
“I am deserving of success and wealth in my life.”
“I am an excellent manager of my money.“
The key is to stay consistent and be patient.
You will find that the longer you continue with your affirmations every day, the more you are able to maintain a happy and calm demeanour – even when your day doesn’t go as planned!
